United States

       Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Canada

       A flat $20 shipping fee applies to all orders. International Shipping 

       A flat $50 shipping fee applies to all international orders outside the U.S. and Canada.

5.  Order Processing Time

       Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

       Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the same day.

       Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

6.  Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location, we may use the following:

       Domestic Carriers (U.S.): USPS, UPS, FedEx

       International Carriers: DHL, FedEx International

Tracking Information

       All orders come with tracking information.

       You will receive an email with your tracking number, carrier name, and a tracking link once your order has shipped.

7.  Customs, Duties & Taxes

       Duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout.

       No additional payments will be required upon importation. Orders from Other Marketplaces

       Orders placed on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Grailed, Poshmark, Reversible) are not covered under this policy.

       Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply.

 

8.  Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

       Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

       If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

o    We will contact you for reshipment.

o    Additional shipping charges will apply. Delayed or Lost Packages

       If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@luosophy.com.

       If tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

o    Verify your shipping address.

o   Check with neighbors or building management.

o    Contact us for further assistance.

Damaged Packages

       If your package arrives damaged:

o    Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items.

o    Contact us within 7 days at info@luosophy.com with the photos and order details.

o    We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Missing Items

       If any items are missing from your order:

o    Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

o    Provide your order number and details of the missing items. o        We will investigate and resolve the issue by shipping the missing item(s) or providing a refund.

 

 

9.  International Customs & Duties

       International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays.

       Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs charges required by their local government.
